This Rule shall apply to appointments of Chairs, Vice-Chairs and members of the management boards of Union agencies and bodies, as well as to appointments to other positions in those agencies and bodies, where: / (deleted) / (deleted) / (deleted) / (deleted) / – the Union agency or body is of a regulatory nature; and / – Parliament either has the power to decide, on its own or by common accord with other institutions, on the appointment, or is requested to give its consent to the appointment.
