Changed:Recital 36 a (new): (36a) The Commission should present easy-to-understand guidelines for businesses with the requirements of this Regulation.Directive. When developing such guidelines, the Commission should take into consideration the needs of SMEs in order to keep administrative and financial burdens to a minimum while facilitating their compliance with this Regulation.Directive. The Commission should consult relevant stakeholders, with expertise in the field of marketing.
