Numerical strength of interparliamentary delegations

Parliament adopted a decision setting the number and numerical strength of its interparliamentary delegations, including their regional groupings.§1: source passage in the text The decision specifies the number of Members for each delegation, such as 13 for the EU-North Macedonia Joint Parliamentary Committee and 64 for relations with the United States.§1: source passage in the text It also sets rules for delegation membership, including that the OACPS-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly consists of members from three regional assemblies, and that certain delegations draw members exclusively from specific bodies.§1: source passage in the text The decision replaces the previous one of 17 July 2024 and enters into force on the day of its adoption.§1: source passage in the text
