Added:“(b) effective processes to identify, manage, monitor and report the risks that investment firms are or might be exposed to, or the risks that they pose or might pose to others, including concentration risk arising from exposures towards central counterparties, taking into account the conditions set out in Article 7a of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012.”

Added:‘(e) material sources and effects of concentration risk arising from exposures towards central counterparties and any material impact on own funds.’;

Added:1. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by … [PO: please insert the date = 12 months after the date of entry into force of the EMIR Review Regulation] at the latest. They shall forthwith communicate to the Commission the text of those provisions.

Added:When Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or be accompanied by such a reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member States shall determine how such reference is to be made.
