Article 1 – paragraph 1 – point 5 – point b, Article 9 – paragraph 5: 5. A delegated act adopted pursuant to Article 3(1a), (3), (4) and (4ab) shall enter into force only if no objection has been expressed either by the European Parliament or the Council within a period of two months of notification of that act to the European Parliament and the Council or if, before the expiry of that period, the European Parliament and the Council have both informed the Commission that they will not object. That period shall be extended by two months at the initiative of the European Parliament or the Council.;

The data provided on climate change mitigation investment shall integrate current investments and capital transfers by institutional sectors, including general government, corporations and households, for activities listed in Annex VI to Regulation (EU) 2021/241, specifying whether a coefficient of 40% or 100% has been allocated for the calculation of support to climate change, for sectors listed in NACE Rev.2 (A*64 aggregation level), where relevant.

Annex I, Annex IX – section 3 – paragraph 1 – point 3 – point e – third indent (new): - common forest bird index; the forest bird indicator describes trends in the abundance of common forest birds across their European ranges over time; it is a composite index created from observational data of bird species characteristic for forest habitats in Europe; the index is based on a specific list of species in each Member State.

Removed:The number of stays in hotels, hostels, camping ground etc that can be attributed to visits to ecosystems is too crude a measurement to be referred to as 'cultural services'. Hence the change in title to refer more accurately to the service.
