(bh) reinforce the EU’s commitment to promoting global health together with partners by supporting vaccination campaigns, implementing the Pandemic Agreement, tackling non-communicable diseases, and strengthening multilateral mechanisms for pandemic prevention, preparedness and response;
(bi) strengthen the promotion of artistic freedom, and the protection of cultural heritage and cultural rights by supporting the work of UNESCO and moving towards the establishment of an EU standing rapporteur or permanent EU interlocutor to the UNESCO;
