Member States shall maintain a register of the vessels authorised to fish in the FRA. / 2. For each vessel, the list shall contain the information set out in Annex VIII. / 3. Member States shall send to the Commission, by 15 May of each year, a report on the management measures they have taken in FRAs. The Commission shall send the report to the GFCM Secretariat by 31 of May each year.
